This Little Piggy Went To The Market

We hit up our local farmer's market yesterday in hopes of coming home with some beautiful, fresh fruit and veggies, but got sidetracked and somehow ended up with a sinful cheese spread and warm garlic bread.  So much for trying to be so healthy; it probably didn't help either that I dove headfirst into the M&M's when we got home.  Oh well, we will definitely go back next week and stick to our plan of fresh produce only.  I wish farmer's markets were more convenient - as in, open 24/7 - everything just looks so much better and tastes so much better versus getting it at the store.  Plus there are so many things that you can't even get at the store - like yellow raspberries and these crazy looking green vegetables that I have no idea what they even were.  But the best part of it is, that they pretty much force you to have a sample at every booth.  (What?  You want me to try all 63 different spreads?  I really shouldn't . . .)  So we sampled away like little piglets and can't wait to go back for more.
Hope you all have a wonderful, Labor Day weekend!!
